1008 Brick, also known as the “Trap Keith Sweat,” is an independent artist who have had music in him as long as he can remember. He speaks on his personal struggles and experiences in a melodic manner that aggressive rappers rap about amongst past occupations and day-to-day life in the streets. “I knew I had the talent for music and had to find something productive that could bring in legal income to support my family and set a line of generational wealth for my kid.”

In the past two years 1008 Brick’s life has changed drastically. He went from being on the road 247 to being with family and team to changing his life for the better. He turned into a family man, and he really enjoy the change. His goals for the next couple of years include elevating his music, expanding his team, and taking his label to a new level. In this industry, he finds it very crucial to understand the business side of music, so he is currently educating and enlightening himself to prepare for on-going and future opportunities. His biggest hurdle as an independent artist includes learning how to move around the scene properly and be heard in the right way. 1008 Brick is currently pushing “Dope Boy Melody” as his new project which has been out for 9-10 months. His two favorite tracks on the project are “Backshots” and “Clutchin.” He is releasing an upcoming project that talk the street talk which will include the singles “Dope Boy Healing” and “Dope Boy Magic”. Outside of music, he has a passion for acting and theater arts that he is definitely going to be pursuing.
